Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days. Free on orders over $50. Flat rate of $5.95 for orders under $50.
• Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days. $14.95. Available at checkout for select locations.

Shipping times are estimates and begin after processing. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package leaves our facility.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter or email hello@vesperhair.com to be notified when we expand.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days, contact us at hello@vesperhair.com.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve it and send a replacement or refund where appropriate.
