30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your Vesper Hair products. If you are not satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (shipping costs are non-refundable).
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@vesperhair.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will reply with a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1 to 2 business days.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging and ship to the address provided. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned items and posted to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Products purchased during a final sale or promotion
